About Seth

Seth brings over 20 years of in-house corporate legal and business experience having most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at Infinity Pharmaceuticals to guide the company through an evaluation of strategic options. Prior to this role, Seth served as Infinity’s Chief Business Officer and General Counsel leading all manners of strategic partnerships, capital raises, royalty sales, debt transactions, board secretarial duties, and all aspects of corporate governance, securities, contracting and compliance. Seth began his career as corporate counsel for Surface Logix, Inc. a private, clinical-stage biotechnology company where he focused on IP and general corporate matters. Seth lives in Cambridge, MA with his wife and two young children (and a 13 year old coonhound and four year old cat).
